ABOUT FLORECER

Our work originates from a place of authenticity and creativity. Florecer operates based on collaboration. We build project teams tailored for each client. Each associate of the collective brings a unique blend of strengths and knowledge.

Relationships and nature are at the heart of our craft and everything we do is build on our desire to contribute to the construction of a more just society.

We are a group of feminist professionals from the Global South. We met while working together on a global programme advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for young women. In this process, we discovered a shared commitment to feminist values and social justice, and above all a genuine friendship that inspired us to come together and form this consultancy.

Our Services

We have ample experience in coordinating logistics for global events - from travel bookings and venue selection, to facilitation and coordination. We ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed for participants to fully engage.

Logistical Support

We are experts in workshop design and facilitating engaging, participatory workshops using art based methodologies and a feminist and decolonial approach. Our work creates inclusive spaces that center lived experience and support meaningful collective learning.

Workshop Design and Facilitation

We support organizations to design policies, strategies, and programs that confront structural inequality, colonial legacies, and gendered power relations. Our approach centers feminist, decolonial, and intersectional analysis, prioritizing power-sharing, accountability, and the knowledge of those most affected by development interventions.
